HELP!!

This last week and into this week we have been learning about Phase Change Diagrams Which is my new least favorite thing in the whole world! You have to use equations like Q=Mx(delta)TxC and questions like "4500 calories of heat are added to a 50-gram ice cube at -10 degrees celsius. What are the temperature changes and phase changes?" and we have to use one of 3 formulas to find it. I HATE IT WITH A PASSION! GRR!!!!!
