Collaborations

So, I've been pondering some things. First of all, why do many schools, businesses, and phone companies use last names first and first names last? Isn't that the point of a last name? For it to be LAST? And vice versa, first names to be FIRST? This makes no sense to me. But whatever. They want to create conundrums, that's FIIIIINE with me. Also, on the point of the word "instantaneous." 1. Does not instant mean the exact same thing? 2. If so, why would you add "aneous" to the end? Doesn't that just make it more difficult to say and/or spell? 3. Why would you do that to yourself? Also, That awkward moment when you hit 'cut' instead of 'copy' and you're terrified that all the words you just wrote have disappeared forever. I hate those times. Anyway, I'm moving on to a good old fashioned three day weekend (luxury!)Thank goodness for that. I have a cold to get over and friends to see. As well as masquerade masks to make. I'm in charge of the masquerade ball this year along with two of my good friends... so I'm super duper excited! Let the good times roll.
